Terms and Conditions
Gift shop items delivery times
Most goods are despatched within 24 hours via Royal Mail. Please allow up to 7 days to receive your order. During busy periods delivery may take a little longer.
Visitor centre tickets
We do not send out tickets by post. You will receive an email with your order number. Simply quote this number on arrival to gain entry to the centre.
Tickets are valid only for the date selected at the time of purchase unless stated otherwise. Tickets are non refundable unless the centre is unable to open on the day of your visit.
Special events tickets
Tickets for special events, including the Anniversary event on the 5th of October, will be sent out close to the event date. You can pay by credit or debit card, PayPal or over the telephone on 01845 524234.
Event tickets are non refundable unless the event is cancelled by us.
Online shop orders
Payment is taken at the time of ordering. If any item is out of stock we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Unless the item is faulty, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise. Vouchers are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
